Thioacetamide (TAA) is a known toxic and carcinogenic compound, so PI must state the necessary handling and safety precautions (PPE, disposal).
PI needs to clarify whether he will have 5 groups (30 rats total, n = 6) or 4, as stated in the Experimental Design
PI needs to increase monitoring from every 2 days to at least once daily (preferably twice daily after TAA injections) during this acute toxicity study.
PI needs to specify the exact route and vehicle/solvent used for Nano LG, LG extract, and N-acetylcysteine..
