2- The methods are written in the past tense. Is this study already completed?
3- Please add the details of the sample size calculation.
4- Animal protocol form should be completed
5- For acute toxicity 30 rats will be used, and for the study anther 50 rats, with a total of 80 rats. Please justify the use of all these animals and justify the need for all the 5 groups of the study and how you can reduce the number of used animals (refine and replace)
