2- Parts of the methodology are written in the past tense, why?

3- What are the pathological markers of Parkinsons in the brain and blood that can provide a meaningful distinction among the different groups and indicate success?

4- What is the justification of the sample size?

5- If there is no pain from the procedures,    why are there analgesics used?
