2- The methodology is not detailed enough e.g. what is going to be done for each group in details, and when will the samples be collected, when will the animals be sacrificed for tissue collection, group 3 will receive the extract only and no ulcer induced etc. I suggest

7- Pain is marked as no pain, while the retro orbital sample size is painful, the ulcer is painful as well.

8-Euthenesia is mentioned as not part of the study. Will the tissues be obtained while the animals are alive?
