1)Please complete the Affiliation of the PI and the Teamwork. 2) In the Experimental Design ( group 5 of rats) Please mention the reference or our previous toxicological results which confirm the safety on using ,the novel preparation,( chitosan coated Senanoparticles {Ch/SeNPs} ) in a dose of 10 mg/kg b.wt/orally for 14 days,especially that Se is toxic in large doses. 3)More details are required to clarify the Flowchart diagram.
