-How will they extract the pecan oil, or will they purchase it?

-The method of loading onto nanoparticles:

          They must write references mentioning the methodology. Moreover, thorough references must support the doses they used for corn oil or pecan oil, or they must conduct an LD50 to determine the best dose to use.

-Why 12 weeks for negative and positive, while 4 weeks in experimental groups?

-Why did the authors give the control corn oil? Can they give water as the control group??

-How will they reduce the risk?

-They will use female and male rats; while they will do ovariectomy, they must use female rats only.

-Sample size needs references

-Justification of methodology needs a reference.

-Osteoporotic model induction: forty rats will be subjected to bilateral ovariectomy; the 1st group is the negative group, so there is no ovariectomy.

-The dose of anaesthesia needs reference?

-Yes, there is pain and stress due to oppression and induction of osteoporosis.

-Will animals be allowed to recover from anaesthesia?  Yes, they will recover after surgery to proceed with the experiments.

-Can they mention the type of analysis of OPG, RANKL, BMP-2, and Smad 1
