Comments to the applicant
1-The author works with male rats while taking samples from the ovary and uterus in the experiments, whereas these organs for females.
2- The author did not mention the time of blood samples during the experiments or how he would do it.
3- The author needs to add time timetables for the experiments (Gantt Chart).
Comment to the Committee
1- There is no Gantt Chart
2- I suggest adding one specialist in histopathology because the author specializes in pharmacology and will need to do histopathology for different organs.
3-There are several parameters and analyses that will need funding, and the author has an internal project that can cover this work, while he wrote that he would cover it by his self.
