هل المجموعة 5 (التي لم تأخذ المادة السامة DOX) تعالج بال marmesin العادي مثل المجموعة 3 ام النانو مثل المجموعة 4
لماذا تذكر في كل مراحل التجربة بان باقى المجموعات (من 2-الى 5) تاخد DOX
Group 1: normal control, negative control group, receiving only saline &, All the other remaining groups will receive (IP) DOX on days 1, 5, and 10
بينما المجموعة الخامسة لا تأخذ هذه المادة السامة DOX

Blood samples will be taken from the retro‐orbital vein of the eye and centrifugated at 4000 rpm for 5 min to obtain serum, which will afterward stored at –80 ◦C.
or
Blood samples will be centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 10 min. The sera will be stored at −20 ◦C till examined.
