1-The applicant wrote{fifty female and male wistar adult rats(10 rats per group)"i.e 5 groups while he divided the rats into 6 groups
2--He didnt add an important group which is Olanzepine+zinc+lipoic acid(Both the protective agents in one group)
3-He didnt mention the clinical and the pathological investigations that will be carried out e.g hormonal assay
