In qualifications and experience, you explained the role of the 1st co-investigator. You should explain the previous experiences that related to the study.
Objectives are not clear enough. What will the solvents be used in the extractions? What will biological activities be studied? What will the two doses be used in the toxicity experiment in mice? And based on what you will select the two doses?
The number of animals used in the study must be recalculated carefully
