1-      Fund amount must be provided instead of the word "self", even it is an estimated expected amount.

2-      In procedure, they will use 240 fish and divided them into 8 groups (10 fish/group). I thing, each group will include 30 fish and the group will include three replicates (10 fish/replicate/group).

3-      In sample size, fish will be divided into 3 groups and each group will be divided into 3 subgroup, each subgroup will include 30 fish, then the total will be 9X30= 270 fish. In procedure the total number of fish is 240 fish and distributed into 8 groups!!!!!!. The distribution of sub-groups will be as follows:     1st subgroup= negative control (with standard fish diet,). 2nd – 4th groups = 5%, 10% and 20% of algae Scenedesmus SPP ), the concentrations in procedure is 10%, 20% and 40%!!!!!!!!!!!, which one is the right?.  5th -7th groups = Fish groups from 5-7 contained fish diets with 5%,10% and 20% of Scenedesmus SPP in addition to Nickel Chloride (NiCl2) (1/10 of the LC50~0.1134 g/L, In procedure, they will use ZnCl2 and CuSo4 (1/10 of the LD50~0. 062 g/L, and 0.454 g/L ), respectively!!!!!!! which one is the right? 8th group: fish will fed on a diet with NiCl2, in procedure fish will fed on ZnCl2 and CuSo4!!!!, which one is the right?

4-      Duration of the Study will be 10 weeks but in Gantt chart it will be 9 months. I think, Gantt chart must be restricted for experimental procedures without statistical analyses, writing and publishing.
