The protocol needs modifications:

4- The protocol has not been reviewed by the Scientific Review Committee.

5- The time period covered by the research: Five years was written, followed by 3 years below it (which is correct?)

6- Research team data, the name of the department was not mentioned.

7- The experimental procedures are written in the past tense.

8- The name of the standard gene was written incorrectly and was repeated more than once.

9- In the statistical analysis, the researcher mentioned that the analysis was conducted on 3 rats for each group, although each group contains 6 rats.

10- In the Gantt chart, it was stated that the study period was two months, but the researcher stated at the beginning of the protocol that the study period was one month.

11- Under the Species – Specific Consideration point, it was noted that the animals used were mice, although most of the protocol is written as rats.

12- The researcher explained that the animals will not be exposed to any pain, and at other times they will be exposed to minimum pain.
