2. Experimental procedures are written in the past tense, which indicates that the practical part has already been completed!!

3. The researcher explained that she received liver cells as a gift from the Rockefeller Institute - America (why, when the NRC has a cancer unit which has these cells) (Is there scientific cooperation between the Egyptian research team and the American institute? This must be clarified)

4. The researcher uploaded the wrong files, as she uploaded Flowcharts instead of Gantt Chart and uploaded the commitment instead of Flowchart.

5. The protocol still contains spelling errors.
