The protocol needs modifications:

1- The English title should be written as Chemokine receptor 5 (CCR5) instead of CCR5 Chemokine receptor.

2- The PI wrote the start date of the study as December 20, 2024 (an old date).

3- The PI wrote that the submission type is Re-submission, but I think that it has not been previously reviewed by the Ethics Committee.

4- The PI wrote that the protocol was reviewed by the head of the department and the dean of the institute, but they only signed it.

5- The protocol involves 5 researchers (3 of whom only write the research and review the draft, and it has not been clarified who will conduct the analyses!!!!)

6. The experimental design was written very briefly and only the name of the assay was written without details.

7- It has not been clarified how and how much liver tissue is taken from patients.
