Comments to the applicant
1- The methodology is written in the past tense. Please explain why?
2- The age of the mice "approximately" what is the allowed days / weeks window for the age?
3- Reducing/mitigating the risk is not sufficient and does not make sense. The mice will be injected with cancer cells, this is a risk in itself.
4- Justify using female mice
5- Question: Group1 are mice who did not receive any cancer cells nor any treatment? Will this group be euthanized as well?
