-   The flow, Gantt charts, and methods lack the phase of collecting milk teeth from children and their personal and dental data (age, gender, presence of dental caries, ...)

-    It is important to clarify how the child's milk teeth will be obtained:

1-Will the research team extract the baby teeth (please explain the reasons for extraction, if applicable)?, 

2-or will a parent bring their child's milk teeth to the clinic immediately after they fall out?,

3- or is there a milk teeth bank that provides them for research purposes?

4- Or will the teeth be collected from a remaining milk tooth after the patients leave?

-            In all cases, it is recommended to obtain a written informed consent from a parent or guardian.
