In the procedure:

·         For the follow up please add month nine to be every three months

·         How will you evaluate the success of the fissure sealant and the caries?

·         Add the in detail the proper oral hygiene measures of dental home care the parent and child should perform to ensure prevention of confounders and as an added benefit to the volunteers

·         Add how you will educate the volunteer and parents for the proper oral hygiene measures of dental home care

·         Add that the education session will be done every follow-up visit and ensure it is followed properly

·         treat the volunteer patient in case of failure of the sealant, treat any other dental condition the volunteer needs during the period of the research

add the changes required in the informed consent(don’t add the funding off course)
