1.     Duration of the study will be 2 years (in the text) and 1 year (in Gantt Chart), correct the mistake.

2.     The number of rats will be 30 rats in a place and 20 rats in another place, Correct the mistake.

3.     The protocol should be reviewed by a scientific committee in your department.

4.     The amount of fund is missing

5.     Where will you collect bovine mastitic milk samples?

6.     Provide the source of the plant and the pant part will be extracted

7.     In Vivo Study should be explained in details, clarify the type of animals, number, gender, weight, groups, the name of antibiotics, doses of plant extract (Why will low and high doses be selected), tissues (type of organisms, when and how) and blood (volume, when and how) will be taken, analyses will be conducted……….  ect.

8.     Some term seem to be inappropriate for the study plan like "if available" and "optional". I suggest deleting these terms.
