1- write in simple arabic language the visits and what will be performed for each volunteer patient in each visit including imaging
2- please clarify the time between the first and the second CBCT images
3- please mention complications and side effects of the surgery and what are the treatments
4- please mention post surgical instructions and medication for the volunteer patients to follow
5 - please mention the volunteer patient responsibilities for home care
