2- Injecting methotrexate on day 1 to induce the lung fibrosis model and to effectively test the protective potential of the Halleria lucida extract against chemotherapy-induced lung damage. the extract administration must timed appropriately before enough time from (not around day 1) and have observation period sufficient to assess fibrosis development,
