2-Objectives are not well formulated
3- There is no Null hypothesis, although the sample size calculation is written to reject the null hypothesis
4- Source mentions mature-male, while the methodology mentions females and males. Please correct the discrepancy.
5- The Procedures section does not mention what will be done after the treatment.
6- Animal disposition answer is euthenesia and not disposition.
