2.        Sample size is not clear

a.        What is the justification for the sample size of 30, and how was it calculated?

b.       In some parts it mentioned

       i.         Thirty female Wistar rats will be equally allocated into five groups

         ii.        “randomized into a group of five animals each”, with 5 groups the total is 25

                iii.       In another part “10 for acute dermal toxcity + 30 for experimental study”
