Illustrating the role of sialic acid, ST6GAL1, IL-1β and IL-6 on clinical phenotype of Familia Mediterranean Fever (FMF) patients and the expression of causative gene of FMF

Sample size is ok; Fifty FMF patients with homozygous and heterozygous MEFV mutation. B- Control group: Fifty healthy normal controls of matching age and sex to the studied patient.
