1-All abbreviations must be written out in full the first time they appear.
2-The protocol must be written in the future tense, not in the past tense.
3-The route of anaesthesia for rats will be by injection, while the protocol in the endorsement letter states that it will be administered orally. Ketamine or xylazine must be given via intramuscular injection
Comment to the Committee
1-In the Endorsement letter, the protocol was not peer-reviewed by a specialized scientific reviewing committee, although the authors had departmental and institutional approval.
2-The flowchart does not include, the authors' repetition of the Gantt chart.
