In the methodology section, it is mentioned that "antimicrobial and cytotoxic effects of two edible plant waste mixtures are to be evaluated,"  yet there is no reference to this in the methodology section. How do you plan to assess these parameters? As for the cytotoxicity, are there cell lines involved?

How will the MIC values be determined? What are the specimens that will be tested?

In the " Sample size and groups" section. Please provide more details on the types of specimen in relation to each test and how the sample size was claculated.

The consent form needs to be reconsidered after clarification of the studied samples for cytotoxicity and antimicrobial evaluation.
