Calculating the sample size: You did not explain how to calculate the sample size, nor did you provide the reference used in this calculation??
When asked whether human biological samples would be imported into Egypt, the answer was no, although she did say that prostate cancer cells (PC3) would be imported from the American group.??? where will it be purchased from?
Also, please revise the proposal according to the comments and not only through a reply to the comments seperatly.
