The protocol needs modifications:

1-     العنوان العربى: يجتاج الى تعديل وهو تغيير كلمة المرضية بالاكلينيكية او السريرية

2- The protocol was not reviewed by the Scientific Review Committee (although the Head of Department and Dean of the Institute signed the protocol)

3- The research team does not involved in the project, as well as the role  and data of each researcher, were not written.

4- The project will be funded by STDF, but the amount of funding was not specified (writer No. 4 only)

5- The researcher did not provide informed consent (even though the project was on living patients)

6- He did not explain the method of taking liver samples, the amount of blood from each patient, or who the responsible doctor was.

7- Many parts of the experimental procedures are written in the past tense.
