The protocol needs modifications:

2- The protocol was not reviewed by the Scientific Review Committee (although the Head of Department and Dean of the Institute signed the protocol)

3- Experimental procedure is written in the past tense.

4- There is no explanation on how to prepare Nanoemulsions.

5- It was not explained how the vegetable oils used in the study were obtained and their concentrations in the study.

6- The researcher did not explain how to calculate the sample size and groups (4 samples in 2 groups were written) although he will use 4 types of oils (black seed, coconut, sesame, and olive) and will use 4 concentrations of each oil extract (100, 50, 25, and 12.5 micrograms per ml).
