3- The protocol was not reviewed, despite the existence of Form 90 and its review by the Institute's Studies Board.

4- Funding was not specified (it says "self-funding").
5- The objectives are written more like methods than goals.

6- The background section is too long.
7- In the experimental procedures section, the methods are listed as titles only, without explanation.
8- In the in vitro study section, the cell type used in the study is not mentioned.
9- In the section on calculating sample size, all methods are repeated without explaining how to calculate the sample size.
10- The references are listed twice with large numbers.
11- The number of rats is listed in some sections as 80 and in others as 60.
