1- Department and institute data not added

2- The funding was not specified (it says self-funding).

3- The background section does not discuss the role or importance of the plant under study.

4- It was not explained why female rats were chosen for the study.

5- The amount of blood withdrawn from each rat is relatively large (5 ml per rat)

6. It was incorrectly stated that the method of disposing of dead animals is by burning.

7. The  commitment form is signed but undated.
